The Brief
Healin was evolving from product R&D into commercial scale. The website and LinkedIn presence weren't matching the ambition: unclear story, weak proof, limited B2B lead flow. Goals: sharpen the brand, relaunch the site, professionalize LinkedIn, and build a repeatable B2B engine targeting mid-large employers and partners.
The Idea
Apply the Three-Story Narrative (Product / Customer / Category) to clarify the promise, then express it through an identity refresh, a conversion-first website, and a LinkedIn editorial system aimed at decision-makers (HR/Benefits leaders, CFOs, founders).
The Craft
We refreshed the visual identity and built a complete brand system including positioning, message map, and voice guidelines. Relaunched the website with streamlined IA, a focused hero section, proof bar with partner logos, and conversion-optimized CTAs. Shipped a 12-week LinkedIn editorial calendar featuring educational content, case-led posts, and founder perspectives, along with motion templates for consistent social presence. Built B2B enablement tools including solution briefs, partner deck, and outbound copy sequences. Implemented full analytics and attribution with weekly scorecards tracking impressions, CTR, CVR, and SQLs, plus kill/scale rules for continuous optimization.
