The Brief
Forge Cloud needed a Databricks-inspired structure—platform pages, docs feel, code tabs—while keeping a boutique studio voice. Success = more technical RFPs and trials for platform accelerators.
The Idea
Position Forge as "Ship platforms. Not PowerPoint." Build a product-led site (platform overview → subpages: Cloud / Data / AI-ML / APIs / Observability / Security), a lightweight docs hub, and content that solves real problems (event-driven patterns, lakehouse migration checklists).
The Craft
We developed a developer-focused brand and narrative system with promise/proof framework, technical tone of voice, and visual identity tuned for engineering trust and credibility. Built a comprehensive platform website with modular IA, dedicated subpages for each service area, interactive code blocks with copy functionality, dark mode support, and technical case diagrams. Created high-value technical content including "Lakehouse vs Warehouse in 2025" and "Event-Driven Serverless Foundation" with production-ready code snippets and architecture patterns. Designed dual lead capture paths with "Architect my blueprint" and "Assess my platform" CTAs integrated with calendar scheduling. Executed multi-channel distribution strategy across LinkedIn and X with technical threads, dev community engagement, and partner co-marketing initiatives. Implemented growth operations with conversion tracking from content through consult to trial, plus CRO optimization on hero messaging and form friction points.
