The 90-Day Growth Engine: Content, Funnels, and Feedback Loops

Alex Rivera

A three-sprint plan to ship a content factory, validate channels, and scale what works.

Plan

**Sprint 1:** Positioning, content pillars, 12-week calendar, brand kit **Sprint 2:** Landing system, creative tests, analytics & attribution **Sprint 3:** Automations, nurture, creator partnerships, scaling rules

Metrics

ER ≥4%, CTR, CVR, CAC payback, NPS. Build a weekly scorecard; kill/scale rules.

Sprint 1: Foundation (Weeks 1-4)

Start with clarity. Lock in your positioning, identify 3-5 content pillars that ladder to business goals, and map a 12-week editorial calendar. Ship your brand kit—logo, colors, typography, voice guidelines—so every piece feels coherent.

The output? A content factory ready to run.

Sprint 2: Testing & Learning (Weeks 5-8)

Build your landing system. Test creative across 3-5 channels. Install proper analytics and attribution so you know what's working.

This is where you validate your assumptions. Most brands skip this step and scale the wrong thing.

Sprint 3: Scale (Weeks 9-12)

Automate what works. Build nurture sequences, establish creator partnerships, and set scaling rules based on your metrics.

Kill underperformers ruthlessly. Double down on winners.

The Scorecard

Track weekly: engagement rate (≥4%), click-through rate, conversion rate, CAC payback period, and NPS.

Your scorecard tells you what to kill and what to scale. Listen to it.
